MANAGEMENT TRAINEE CIRCLE

The Management Trainee Circle (FNK) is our programme for employees who want to take on responsibility and actively shape the future of trade. Specifically geared towards careers in wholesale, supply or customer management / sales, the programme prepares employees to take on a management position.

With new ideas, a comprehensive network and knowledge from various seminars and individual measures, our management trainees start their new responsibilities after the programme and also benefit from experienced managers and specialists.

Since we primarily fill management positions from our own ranks, the FNK is an excellent development opportunity for all talents - even directly after successfully completing their training!


TALENT POOLS

The Talent Pool is a programme for targeted, individual preparation for a possible management or specialist career. The programme is aimed at ambitious employees  and accompanies them over a period of about 1.5 years.

Together with colleagues from other departments, the participants attend seminars on various topics, build up a comprehensive network and work on strategic projects in an interdisciplinary manner.

In addition, each participant has a development plan that is specifically geared to their individual needs and is regularly discussed with their manager and HR.


MAKRO ACADEMIES

Our motto is: "Learn from and with others!" We qualify our employees in customer orientation, product knowledge, leadership and many other current specialist topics.Our extensive range of digital training courses is aimed at all employees. Our employees can acquire new knowledge on computers, tablets or smartphones with classic e-learning courses (e.g. on product information) or in live online seminars and learn from experienced experts.The “normal” seminar and coaching by professionals are also part of what we offer our colleagues. The spectrum of topics ranges from content on active selling and dealing with conflicts to leadership training.
