WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a METRO Potential, you will go through a two-year programme consisting of different blocks, diverse training, a mentoring programme and much more together with other participants from other METRO countries. Get a first impression here!


THE PROGRAMME CONTENTS AT A GLANCE


In a nine-month sales phase, you will not only get to know our processes in one of our wholesale markets as well as at a location of our regional customer management, but also the needs of our professional customers.


Afterwards, you will spend another 9 months at our head office in Düsseldorf to deepen your analytical skills and to work cross-functionally.


Then the wide world calls: A six-month stay abroad in another METRO country rounds off the programme. A mentor from the Board of METRO Germany will accompany you during the special training programme, where you will get to know colleagues from the other 20 METRO countries.
