The metro potential traineeship is a unique opportunity to develop yourself (professionally). This two-year program prepares you for a management position within makro. You will develop your leadership qualities in a challenging and versatile environment.
Ready to lead
during the program you get to know the company inside out and you go abroad for nine months. You will work within the operation, at the national headquarters, a foreign headquarters and the corporate headquarters in Dusseldorf. Afterwards you are ready to lead and you start in a management position at makro nederland.
